เงื่อนไข
ราคานี้รวมค่าแพทย์ ค่าบริการพยาบาล และ ค่าบริการโรงพยาบาลแล้ว
ราคานี้ไม่รวมค่าแพทย์ปรึกษาเฉพาะทางอื่นๆ กรณีที่มีการตรวจเพิ่ม
โปรแกรมนี้ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนแพ็กเกจหรือแลกคืนเป็นเงินสดได้
การเตรียมตัวก่อนเข้ารับการตรวจสุขภาพ
พักผ่อนให้เพียงพออย่างน้อย 8 ชั่วโมง
งดน้ำอาหารและเครื่องดื่มทุกชนิด ยกเว้นน้ำเปล่าก่อนเข้ารับการตรวจสุขภาพอย่างน้อย 8 - 12 ชั่วโมง
ตัวอย่างปัสสาวะควรมาเก็บตรวจที่โรงพยาบาล
- ให้ถ่ายปัสสาวะช่วงแรกทิ้งไปก่อน แล้วค่อยเก็บตัวอย่างปัสสาวะช่วงกลาง และทิ้งปัสสวะช่วงสุดท้ายไป
- สุภาพสตรีควรตรวจภายหลังจากหมดประจำเดือนแล้ว 7 วัน
ไม่ควรเอกซเรย์ หากไม่แน่ใจว่าตั้งครรภ์หรือไม่ หากสงสัยว่ามีการตั้งครรภ์ต้องแจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่ก่อนการเอกซเรย์
ในกรณีที่รับประทานยาประจำ ควรรับประทานหลังจากการเจาะเลือดและส่งตัวอย่างตรวจปัสสาวะแล้ว
ในกรณีที่ท่านอยู่ระหว่างการรักษา หรือรับประทานยาอยู่ กรุณาแจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่ก่อนรับการตรวจ
นำผลการตรวจทางการแพทย์หรือประวัติเกี่ยวกับสุขภาพมาด้วย เพื่อใช้ประกอบการวินิจฉัยโรค
